2027 Kansas Hunting Prices

Pricing is on a per hunter basis and does not include license, application fees, or permits. To reserve a whitetail hunt it must be secured with a $500 booking fee per hunter. Waterfowl hunts require a group deposit of $1,000. For convenience, deposits may be submitted online via links below. Personal checks may be mailed to Carr's West LLC, 34435 Parker Rd. Locust Grove, VA 22508. All hunters are responsible for their own transportation to and from airport. The nearest airport is Wichita (ICT). 

• All payments are non-refundable, No Exceptions. Scheduled hunts that cannot be completed may be rescheduled to ensure payments are not lost. 
• A $500 booking fee and signed contract is due at the time of booking.
• If selected in the April Draw, the first installment payment is half of the remaining balance and is due June 10.
• The balance of the hunt is due September 1.
• Muzzleloader hunters that are not successful during their Sept. season can return during rifle season (using only a muzzleloader), at the rifle hunt rate. 
• Professional butchering services and shipping are available locally and must be arranged by and paid for by the client. 
• Caping, deboning, and packing meat for travel in zip locked bags $150
• Non trophy fee $1000 (140" minimum) 
• Unclaimed meat $100
• Waterfowl add-on $500/day

• A private hunt requires a party size of 4-hunters.
• Day hunts without meals and lodging are $500/day per hunter.
• All birds are individually processed—either breasted or hitched—and packaged with their respective tags for $5/bird. We provide on-site refrigeration and freezer storage.  Clients are welcome to use our complimentary cleaning facility and supplies for self-service processing. 
• Additional ammunition is available for purchase if a client runs out.
